Marches Homes are actively seeking opportunities to collaborate with land owners as a joint venture as well as other developers on secured sites.
As an opportunity led and privately owned small development company, we can be extremely flexible in terms of how we structure a deal with a landowner or property business.
We are currently seeking the following joint ventures:
Obtaining planning permission with a landowner and sharing the uplift created.
Delivering housing sites with a landowner and sharing in the profits once sold.
Partnering with another developer who has a secured site and requires an equity injection.
Delivering sites on behalf of affordable housing and registered providers
Mixed use developments where we can deliver the residential element.
