Marches Homes is a small local family run business based in Hereford. Founded in 2020 by father and son Hugh and Miles Pattison-Appleton, Marches Homes is quickly establishing itself as a leading residential property development company across Herefordshire and the Three Counties.
Marches Homes is a solely privately owned company that has a passion for creating homes in the most sought after locations for people that have been carefully designed for both the end buyer and enhancing the surrounding area with minimal disruption to the local community.
Marches Homes work collaboratively with all stakeholders involved in property development from local communities wanting quality homes in their villages through to contractors and professionals who make it happen and the end buyers of our products, to ensure the optimal outcomes for all everyone.
